For the establishment of peace and coordination in the society, it is of utmost importance that benefit of development in terms of education and health is reached to the last person of the society. It is very much known to everybody that a group of hand full persons is dominating the society and society represented by the mass who is actually needy is still deprived of basic requirements of education and health.
